Description

As Silna strives to shape the future of healthcare by streamlining how healthcare providers clear patients for care to remain financially fit, we are experiencing explosive sales growth and need a driven Account Executive to capitalize on this momentum. We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team for an in-person role in NYC. This role will be the first AE hire at Silna, instrumental in the growth and success of our company. You will help define our sales strategy and be vital to Silna's ability to make a broad impact on patient's ability to receive timely care.

You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and managing accounts. This includes identifying and reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating the value of Silna's solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You'll work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure customer success and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This role reports to Silna's CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle

    • Prospect and identify potential customers in the healthcare provider space

    • Conduct outreach through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)

    • Qualify leads and schedule demos 

    • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and material for every customer

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Account management

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

  • Sales strategy and process development

    • Help define and refine Silna's sales strategy and processes

    • Create and maintain sales collateral, including presentations and case studies

    • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and proposals

  • Market awareness

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

    • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market opportunities

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and Silna's offerings

    • Participate in company strategy sessions and contribute to overall business growth

You’ll be great for this role if you

  • Proven track record in sales

    • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS

    • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

    • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
