About you

You are a strategic partnership leader equally comfortable managing a large portfolio of ecosystem partners and working with internal business teams. You’ll apply your relationship management and enablement expertise to design and execute innovative strategies to scale user growth across a multitude of Web3 products, achieving measurable adoption and retention metrics. In addition, you’re process-oriented with a proven track record of creating scalable frameworks/playbooks to streamline onboarding and hand-off procedures.

What you’ll accomplish

  • Forge and maintain high-impact relationships with founders, developers, dApps and protocols to support 0G's growing ecosystem

  • Develop and refine positioning strategies to highlight 0G's many value propositions for diverse market segments

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for growth including upsells, usage, and volume

  • Establish and deliver training programs within 0G to enable cross functional teams to support user acquisition

  • Partner with the product team to create a user feedback loop and help guide the feature development roadmap

What you bring

  • You’ve managed large (300+) books of business across multiple verticals and developed successful frameworks for user engagement (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, MBRs, QBRs, etc.)

  • You have a proven track record of upselling and expanding decentralized solutions with a focus on Testnet to Mainnet conversion.

  • You have created and delivered tailored GTM strategies that enhance user adoption and engagement across multiple platforms and regions.

  • You are a highly skilled interpersonal communicator who can collaborate internally across BD, Product, Engineering, and Marketing as well as externally to deliver value and successful partner outcomes.

  • 5+ years of experience in user growth, strategic partnerships, or customer success within the blockchain or SaaS industries.
