Our client's Cloud Supply Chain & Provisioning organization is responsible for delivering hosting capacity for over 200 online businesses and cloud and Online Services globally including data center infrastructure, networking, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. This team is responsible for managing the relationships with all the suppliers that provide hardware, components, and devices to meet the demand for increased capacity for their rapidly growing Cloud Services business. To transform their business to deliver world-class capabilities, they are partnering with suppliers to develop a cutting-edge Blockchain solution to provide automation and transparency across their Hardware Supply Chain.
We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager with experience with automation software applications testing. This role will involve the coordination and execution of software tests within an enterprise supply chain environment.
Test planning: create test cases and test scripts based on requirements.
Demo slide generation, demo recording.
Testing execution: work with various business groups to validate software with test cases.
Synthesize and articulate testing outcomes, and change requests.
Diligently coordinate and follow up on all open tickets, supporting charging product and validation teams to determine root causes.
Work with technical teams to identify root cause and resolution paths.
Plan and execute regression testing.
Provide weekly project updates to business and technical stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or similar role.
Proven expertise in Software Integration Testing methodologies and practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and foster collaboration.
Strong API knowledge, with the ability to develop and execute effective testing strategies.
