As our Head of Sales, you will take the lead in driving our global sales operations and strategy. Your primary focus will be execution excellence—ensuring we deliver a seamless, high-performing sales experience for our diverse customer base. Beyond core operational responsibilities, you’ll also influence company strategy through customer insights and market feedback, working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Tech teams to shape how we grow.
This is not your average sales role. We need someone with enterprise sales experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, is both strategic and tactical, and can lead by example. You’ll orchestrate the full sales process, mentor and upskill the team, and bring fresh perspectives to how we serve our customers—ranging from individual developers to large government organizations.
What You’ll Do
Strategic
Build and strengthen relationships with resellers and integrators.
Collaborate with other departments to provide market signals and influence company decisions on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Use customer insights and data to shape and refine the GTM strategy, including resource allocation and geographic focus.
Tactical
Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process, including automation, materials creation, and team upskilling.
Coordinate the overall customer sales experience, working closely with Growth, Product, and Tech teams.
Lead the Customer Success team, driving upsell opportunities and identifying additional use cases beyond renewals.
Plan and allocate resources for upsell and renewal priorities based on data and capacity.
Measure operations daily, adjusting based on real-time customer data and team feedback.
Operational
Manage the entire sales pipeline, testing and implementing new sales tactics to drive growth.
Work closely with key stakeholders within customer accounts, ensuring their needs are addressed and providing enterprise-level solutions.
Develop a deep understanding of our product and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
Represent the company at industry events, building a network of partners and potential customers.
Mentor and coach the team with hands-on support and guidance every week.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS or tech).
Proven experience in enterprise sales, managing diverse customer portfolios—from developers to government organizations.
Strong track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and scaling sales operations.
Hands-on experience leading Customer Success or Sales teams with a focus on upselling, retention, and customer experience.
Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to act as a credible product representative to customers.
Ability to work cross-functionally and provide actionable market feedback to different teams.
A proactive and data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
